Chocolate Chip Banana Bread
- 1/2 cup coconut oil
- 1 cup soy yogurt
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 ripe bananas
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1 t baking soda
- 1 t baking powder
- pinch of salt
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients in a medium size bowl. Pour into pan and top with more chocolate chips. Bake for 45-55 mins.
